1 Definitions and Interpretations

In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "User" or "Player": Any person who has registered on or is using the 33nd platform.
• "Account": The personal account of each registered user, which holds their information and transaction history.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to 33nd immediately.

The user is fully responsible for all activities carried out on their account. 33nd will not be liable for any loss resulting from account details being disclosed to a third party, unless this is due to 33nd's own negligence.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 33nd platform is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

33nd offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonus funds may only be used to play designated games on the platform.
• Misuse of bonus benefits or any attempt at manipulation may result in account termination.
• 33nd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

6.3 VIP Program

The 33nd VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. 33nd reserves the right to change the rules of VIP benefits.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the 33nd platform are conducted honestly and transparently. 33nd uses technical measures to ensure fair play.

• A certified and fair Random Number Generator (RNG) is used.
• Live casino games feature real dealers and outcomes are determined from the live stream.
• Odds offered in sports betting are subject to change — they apply as confirmed at the time the bet is placed.
• If any transaction is affected by a technical error, 33nd reserves the right to review it.
• If an error is found in the result of a game or event, 33nd may void or recalculate the relevant bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33nd platform:

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by 33nd

33nd may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed evidence of a breach of these terms.
• Failure to provide documents required for identity verification.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or a legal obligation.

9.2 Closure by the User

10 Limitation of Liability
